Was this touch accidental or intentional?

So I was sitting at the teacher's desk discussing about my work. Then came this classmate of mine, he was standing besides the teacher's desk waiting for his turn. He came closer to the teacher's desk to see how the discussion is going, and just watched us.

So anyway, my work had a lot of flaws, and the teacher told him to bring his book over to the desk for me to refer to, and when he returned, he stood closer, and I noticed how his breath became harder. (But I just thought that he was sighing and bored, waiting for his turn, cause he seemed to be in a rush too).

So when he was about turn his body around, his butt was really pushing my arm and shoulder for solid 3-4 seconds, and it was like slow motion (he is tall and I am short, and was sitting). He didn't say sorry to me or anything (in fact we never really talked and he never really look at me in the eyes, but he can with others).

That attitude and behavior is certainly not accidental. There are 2 distinctive signs that lead me to believe that his behavior was intentional.

1. His heavy breathing. If you willingly do something that you are not supposed to do, then it will reflect in your breathing because you concentrate on that action and less on controlling your breathing.

2. If you do something accidentally and suddenly realize that the action is lewd, then you pull away immediately, not after 3 seconds.

Those 2 arguments lead me to believe that this perpetrator acted with the intention to touch you inappropriately. You should have reacted immediately and told him off on the spot in front of everyone.

If I were you (thankfully I'm not though) I would seriously start trying to concentrate more with getting on with life... Rather than being so wrapped up with frivolous, meaningless occurrences.

Some guys have the crazy idea that they can touch you inappropriately without you noticing. Don't ask me how I know this stuff.

Yeah the situation was funny and weird 😅 and unfortunately I am not the one to quickly pick up social cue and am clueless. I am just curious haha
