Hi Guys and Gals!
Whether it's something you use as part of your hygiene, exercise or wind-down regimen, what's your favorite self-care product?

We only get to pick one? Bummer.
I'm going to stick with for the skin. Probably Neutrogena Dry Touch Sunscreen 30 SPF. It doesn't make my face slimy or shiny like other kinds. CeraVe lotion and micellar water are the runners-up.

Thanks, Miss Dish! :D
For hair, I like R+Co Smooth & Seal as a heat protectant before I blow dry, and their product Balloon for volume after styling (I use a curling iron to add a little more wave and then flip my hair forward and spray. It's magic). My hair is longish (mid-back), fine and has a slight wave naturally. I have it cut in long layers with regular trims.
If I want my hair smooth, most products weigh it down. If I want volume, most products cause frizz. These are the two I finally found that accomplish both smooth and volume without the issues.

Dr. Squatch soaps - they don't dry out my skin like other soaps and they're priced reasonably if you lather up in your hands versus scrubbing your body with the bar itself.

Coconut oil for my hair. Prevents the frizz and gives it a bit of a shine. And olive oil for my skin.

Hyaluronic acid in (any) lotion, Vitamin E-capsules, glycerin (anhydrous).
Mix a bit of each with a couple drops of water. Apply.
Let dry. Apply a few more drops of water, rub.

The anhydrous glycerin keeps absorbing the water to build up the moisture in your skin layers. As you go about your day, a couple of drops of water rubbed onto the skin "reloads" the glycerin to keep skin supple and moist.
