I don't think that your hair grow faster when you dye your hair, I just think that is your perception because if your hair is natural, you don't have that reference to compare, but if you have another way to make the measure, please explain it.

It is not that it grows faster compared to when you don't dye it. It grows the same. You just notice it due to the contrast. I dyed my hair blonde (and other colors but blonde for a longer time) for many years so I know exactly what you mean.
