I workout in the evening a girl also come for workout I start talking to her for 2 days but it's been 4 days that she is not coming for workout I don't know why. I started like her. I wish I can see her again or I should also quit my working and start my workout in the morning. Because of the I start working out in the evening...

Yo man, don't stress too much about it. A few things could be up:

- She might be busy with other stuff like work or classes in the evenings now. People's schedules change all the time.

- Maybe she prefers working out alone and your chatting started making her uncomfortable. Not everyone wants social time during their sweat sesh.

- Could be temporary if she's just taking a break from exercising for a week or has some other commitment come up.

I wouldn't automatically assume quitting your workout time is the move yet. Give it some more days - she may come back. And definitely don't change your whole schedule just for one girl either.

My advice would be chill for now, keep doing your thing at your usual time. If you run into her there again sometime, maybe just give her a friendly nod and don't force conversation if she seems distracted. Play it cool and keep it casual.

No point stressing or getting clingy after just a couple short chats. Stay focused on your gains for now man! She'll either come back around or she won't, but you don't want to scare her off by seeming too eager. Just go with the flow.

thanks brother, i am not too much into her but she seems a sweet girl i only talked her only once on the second day she ignore me i said hello to her she smile back and said to me but at the third day i ignore her. i was doing my exercise but she stooped at me and ask me what do i do. i said i am into digital marketing and other stuff but from the 4 days she is not cumming

Bro I dunno if telling her you like her already is such a good move. You guys barely talked a few times, it's still pretty early.

Why don't you try chatting with her more casual tomorrow when you see her at the gym. Ask how her workout's going, what other exercises she likes to do, normal friendly stuff. Try to crack a few jokes too to make her comfortable.

Once you've talked a bit more and she seems into chatting with you, then you could maybe ask if she wants to get a protein shake together after your workout sometime this week. But I'd hold off on throwing out the "L word" yet, you know?

Take your time and keep vibes light and fun. See how asking to grab a snack post-workout goes first before laying feelings on her. The last thing you want is to weird her out and then she never wants to talk again, right? Play it cool man, you got this! Give it some time.

so today I ask to come at my time because on that road where we run a lots of people know us.. I ask to run on the different road where no one knows us. She said no to this also I flirt with her like I told her to comes at my time for me she said there is nothing between us.. she just run with me for a while unil her other family members come to that road where we run. We have a little time to talk thats why I ask her to run on the other road. She denied and told me we are talking why have to go on the other side of road we are talking same here.. what should I do now should I cut off from her. Ah man, that's a bummer. Sounds like she's not really interested in anything more than just casual chatting while you guys run into each other. I know you like her, but if she's pulling away and making it clear there's nothing there on her end, might be best to just accept it and move on.

Don't cut her off completely, but I'd say just play it cool from now on - no more asking her to do solo runs with you or anything like that. When you see her at the gym, keep conversations light and friendly but don't push trying to flirt or ask her out anymore. She seems uncomfortable with that. Maybe over time if you give her space and just be chill, she'll relax and possibly warm up to the idea. But for now, try focusing your energy on other things.

Plenty more fish in the sea and all that. It sucks when someone you like isn't feeling it, but you don't wanna keep making her uneasy either, you know?
