Girls, Why she keep looking and interrupting my workout?

Everytime I come home from university , I attend a gym in my home town. I often see two girls that train there, in the past few years.

however , lately I decided I kinda like one of them so often would glance or steal looks. Although I don’t do it too often as I am motivated to get my work out done and go home.
Out of nowhere I started noticing they both look more, or if I walk in they always look to see where I am, or there stare always end up looking at me.
also sometime I do posing to see progress and they kept staring.

Although , I got caught out as I had been checking her friend out a lot more, if she pass me her friend spotted me a few times checking her out.

one time she passed me and I looked at her, I was going to say hi. But then she got shy or nervous and looked to the ground. Afterwards, I noticed she kept staring at me and sneaking glances also looking at places I’m looking at.
but then 15 minutes later she got interrupted my workout , made me take my headphones off to hear her. And then kept asking for my help to get some weights. And I realised she could have easily avoided interrupting me and talking by getting the same weights opposite.
was it on purpose , or just a coincidence? And why do they keep sneaking glances?

I think it’s obvious you probably don’t get much girls looking at you and you don’t know how to handle when people find either your body desirable or you. They are flirting and they want you to talk to them first. I may assume your not a confident guy or you really don’t care to talk to girls at the gym you just at the gym to workout. If you see a girl sneaking glancing or staring obviously they are shy and they want you to give you signal to come talk to them. If your not interested or don’t want to talk don’t make eye contact just ignore them or just talk to them snd say your flattered but your not interested. If not this behavior will go on and who wants to be lead on and hurt or whatever. So your dealing with that situation.

How can you tell they want me to talk to them first? I think her friend caught me checking her out and told her.

It she seems really shy. Because she keeps sneaking glances. Or looking at things or people I look at.

But one time She walked past and I was going to say hi , but she looked to the ground. So I left it. Then 10 minutes later somewhere else in the gym she interrupted me , asking for help to get some weights. Then I realised she could have avoided talking and got the same ones a meter away
