If a girl that you known for a year and seems to get along, why would she only follow you but doesn't want you to follow you back on her Instagram?
Why would she do this?
Context:
I'm with this girl that I've known for a year. She seems to be getting along with me.
She has been looking at me (frequently), seems comfortable around me, listening to some of my conversations (and laughed at my jokes that she heard). We've talked about mostly anything without any awkwardness nor making it uncomfortable. She even has told me what is her actual job that she's trying to get and another step that she has to do before reaching that job she wants.
After not seeing her in a while, she suddenly appears after an injury. She tells me that she found the job that would help her be closer to the job she's trying to get. Also she has placed the two week notice and she no longer was going to be around in which it was a shock, I gave her a hug and wished her good luck.
Since this basically came out of nowhere and I wanted to keep in touch with her. Then, I asked her to follow if I could follow her on Instagram (so that we could be in contact) since she has one. She agreed to give me her Instagram, I give her mine and she follows me; unfortunately we got interrupted and couldn't see her again (because her last day working with me is on a day that I don't work). Then I followed her back on her Instagram (since she already knows which is my profile I thought she would accept it back). What it actually happened is that she hasn't my request of her Instagram profile (in hers, it's private). Since I don't know if Instagram can delete your request within 24 hours or not I sent her 2 more request only to realize that she might be rejecting my request.
It doesn't make any sense at all, we've spent like 30 minutes talking like twice a week.
