Try oatmeal for a week = soluble fiber. If it works, do it every day. Steel-cut or rolled oats are best, but the instant packets are fine, especially when you're starting out, one or two a day. Tastes better with milk but water's fine also. A life changer.
Not sure if I had it. But when I do have stomach issues, it's usually because I'm not taking good care of my gut health, am getting poor sleep, not drinking enough water, or am eating too much at once which slows gastric emptying too much.
Try a 3 day water fast then switch to keto with intermittent fasting
