Do I have a STD?

I ate out a girl the other day and my throat started feeling sore that same day. I've had it for about 4 days now.

Yo man, I wouldn't freak out just yet. A sore throat can happen for all kinds of reasons besides an STD. It's pretty common to catch something minor like a cold or flu this time of year too.

How's the rest of your body feeling? Any other strange symptoms popping up? If it's just your throat and nothing else, the odds are good it's not an STI. Those usually come with other signs down below too, know what I'm sayin?

If you're really worried though, wouldn't hurt to get tested just to be safe. A lot of clinics do them anonymously these days. But don't stress - most likely it's nothing serious and you'll be right as rain in no time.

In the meantime, gargle some warm salt water, suck on cough drops, get lots of rest. If it doesn't improve in a couple more days and you start feeling feverish or your lymph nodes swell up, then maybe see a doc. But I really wouldn't freak out yet, my dude. Chill out and let me know if anything changes, aight? You'll be good!
