Can I convince my wife she just had a big blood clot not an abortion?

She is horrified that after a few rollercoasters she had an abortion when it was just a big clot.

She won't stop crying constantly saying she killed her baby. When being a nurse she knows that her tiny baby would be fine until later inside her.

All I can do is hold her and try to get her to eat. Would it be worth trying to convince her it was nother or just comfort her?

Look, you need to learn that there are things more important than just being ‘correct’ / ‘right’, your wife’s happiness is one of them. Go comfort her, give her compassion & understanding and apologize to her, consul her for as long as it takes. Don’t tell her to move on or forget about it because it won’t do any good. Just speak from the heart and not from the selfish mindset.

It's not about being right it's about her torturing herself about this for weeks! Being depressed and not doing any of her work.

She loves roller coasters and I'd hate to never get to go on one again with her.
