A Braindead Woman is kept on life support to give birth to her baby. Is this justified?

A woman in Georgia was declared brain dead 3 months ago, against her family’s wishes the hospital is keeping her on life support in the name of making sure her fetus is brought to term. This is a result of Georgia’s heartbeat law regarding abortions, the hospital is complying with the law even as the family of the woman loudly voices their outrage at forcing their loved one to be a living incubator for a child that’s unlikely to survive, if come out healthy at all. They just want to put her to rest.

Ironically, this was also a situation that came up in The Handmaid’s Tale Hulu series several months beforehand. What are your thoughts?

Remember people, it’s pro-birth, not pro-life. They don’t give a shit about the quality of that child’s life, they just care about stripping women’s reproductive rights and forcing them to be incubators!
What kind of life would that child have without a mother. They might not even have a dad, either. If the family can’t raise the child then they’ll go into the foster system where they’ll face abuse and trauma. Regardless of “law”, they are directly going against the family’s wishes, and that in itself is unjustified.

Will the baby (yet to be born) receive the necessary care from the biological father or from the parents and/or grandparents of this woman? Then I'm inclined to say yes.

Will the baby be given in adoption because no-one of the immediate relatives will take care of him/her? Then I'm inclined to say no.

The family is expected to be responsible for the child but from what I understand, they would rather she and the unborn infant be buried together
