I know the first rule to a problem like this is "GO TO A DOCTOR FOR FUCK'S SAKE!" and you wouldn't be wrong. However, I've done exactly that, gone to several doctors over many, many years, and they were never able to find a solution. They've tried everything to make my eyes less red and less veiny, but nothing worked.
The only advice they could give me to at least not make it any worse at the minimum, don't scratch/itch at my eyes, no touching my eyes in general unless absolutely necessary, clean my eyes regularly, use eye drops, no contact lenses under any circumstance ever, etc.
But that advice was only to not make my veiny red eyes any worse. Not to truly solve the problem, as "there was no cure" as my doctor's said. That "I was gonna have veiny red eyes for the rest of my life," but just deal with it the best I can, as it's all I can do.
Now I know it's not the wisest decision to be asking for people online for advice if even my doctors couldn't figure it out, but since I'm so desperate I'm looking for anything, even if there's zero chance.
Obviously if I get really bad advice like "put hot sauce on your eyeballs" I won't follow it, but if it sounds more reasonable, then yeah.
For the record, the veiny red eyes started in middle school for me. So around age 12/13. Before middle school, no issue. But after middle school they just never went away.
My eyes were suddenly very red and very veiny, and when I pulled down my lower eyelid to take a look at my eyes I could see even more veins. And even the pink fleshy part of when you pull down the eyelid lower waterline was super red and veiny. Examples can be seen in the photos.
For the record it's never been pleasant, though at this point I'm more or less used to it, though not 100%.
TL;DR Yes I have went to the doctor many times, but they found no solutions. I'm wondering if you guys might have anything helpful. I won't follow trolls advice, obviously.
