How many hours sleep do you get in a day?

I sleep pretty soundly, but I don't do well on less than nine hours of sleep each night. I always felt guilty about it, like I was lazy or something. But I have tried to do only 7 to 8 hours and I am not a fun person to be around if I maintain that schedule, ha. So, I just arranged my schedule to allow for nine hours and it works for me.

I try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. I can function decently well on less. I just have to make sure that I'm eating insanely healthy though.
