Do you prefer to throw up into the toilet or elsewhere?

When I was growing up I always ran to the bathroom whenever I felt like I was gonna throw up. And 9 times out of 10 as soon as I got through the door I’d hurl right into the toilet. However at one point I started relying less on the toilet whenever I had to puke. I’d still do it in the toilet every once in a while. However the last time I did it I swore I’d never throw up into a toilet again. And that’s because when I was 23 there was one day where I was extremely hungover. And most of my friends usually always throw up when they’re hungover but I don’t unless it’s a 6 or above on a scale from 1 to 10 (1 being the lowest and 10 being the worst). But I knew as soon as I got outta bed that I was gonna do it. So I ran to the bathroom where I proceeded to hurl 7 times. I puked so much that I almost couldn’t flush the toilet. And because of that I swore I’d never puke in a toilet again. It’s now 4 years later and I still haven’t done it. But I wanna know from you guys do you prefer throwing up into the toilet or do you do it elsewhere
