The first thing I do is floss and brush my teeth. 5 minutes in the morning and 3 at night. I use a Cetaphil cleanser and a cleansing brush on my face for about a minute. I use a sea salt scrub and Nizoral on my face. Then I take a shower. I like to use Matrix hair products but those are pretty expensive. So lately I've been using Pantene. I use Olay or Dove bodywash. I also shave. Then when I get out, I use Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Cream 25% on my face. Then I place the Naked Bee lotion on my face to keep my face from drying out and peeling. Then I brush my hair out and let it air dry until slightly damp. Then I wrap my hair in a bun. The next day, I don't wash my hair, but I wash my body. I use my typical face products and then I let my hair down and spray it into place, so it stays curly.
I've switched toothpastes to one of those purple ones. Shockingly it actually works. Also switched all the hands soaps out for soap free ones (including one at my work haha). Usually my hands can handle the SLS without too much of a reaction but it's been pretty bad lately, which also means I need to put some in my bag for on the go... That's going to be a struggle to fit lmao.
No other new additions I believe. I have been thinking about trying out a menstrual disc to see if I favour it over a cup...
Wash my face with Tiege Hanley face wash, AM Moisturizer, and Exfoliate Scrub. Use Harrys body wash or soap to take a bath then Clubman baby powder on my body. Brush my teeth and use mouth wash. Will shave if I have to though depending if I have hair on my face. Use a nose hair trimmer for my nose to clean it up.
At my age, my routine is very well established. The only new component is that I have returned to shaving with a shaving mug, soap, and a shaving brush instead of shaving cream in a can. It is more relaxing and does a better job. But I still use my Harry's 5-blade razor instead of a straight razor.
@OlderAndWiser Hot stuff. lolxxoo
Thanks, Paris!

Water, soap, toothpaste, the usual.
I really don't think there is anything else I could add. First thing in the morning goes pretty much the same each day. Wake up, pee, brush teeth, wash face and hands, tee shirt on and to kitchen and make coffee and get breakfast ready for kids. Hubby now up and in the shower, I get kids moving. Everyone fed and picked up for school, hubby off to work. Now it's my time to relax in a nice long shower.
Night time wash face and brush teeth and pee.
I now shave every 10 days instead of 20 - 25 days
This doesn't mean that a grown beard is unhygienic, I keep my beard clean
Turkey gravy from Dennyβs you rub it on your face and leave it on overnight it makes your face moistureized 😀
@exitseven well she stays in the backyard when I had dogs
I've included two bidets in my house on different levels in different bathrooms, both of which I use routinely. The bidet is an amazing invention that keeps me extremely clean.
@exitseven LOL - I'm not sure it's all that clean and I can't get my ear down there to listen...

after quitting work and the stress. nope... time to change diet, drop the weight, etc.. don't take the bait until other issues dealt with. it's a trap...
@lightbulb27 I lost 15 pounds and ratcheted up my workouts and my blood pressure was still too high. My mother had blood pressure that was dangerously high. I was borderline for many years but now it is too high.
ok. gotta do what gotta do!
I'd be researching like this to see if there are alternate paths...
