By nit having unprotected sex. Aids is 100% preventable. I have zero sympathy for those that get it.

  Not always.. you don't always get transmission from sex.. people have gotten aids through blood transfusions and things like that.

  And those cases are tragic. And incredibly uncommon. Leas than 0.01% of aids cases represent blood transfusions. So they are the exception to the rule.
