whole grains are good. obviously in moderation cause you can have too much of litterally everything. highly processed grains aren't good for you.
they are a good source of carbohydrates and fiber.
half of white people have the genes associated with celiac disease compared to 15% of Africans and Asians. coincidentally the chances you go bald young are highest if you're European/white. and male patterned baldness is associated with subclinical deficiencies of every nutrient. this is because you don't need celiac disease to still react to gluten peptides.
Good for you. I know for breastfeeding if I stop eating grains it dips my supply so at least for me they are important
what other carbs do you eat besides grains
Did you replace your grains with anything? If you just cut carbs that could reduce breastmilk since producing breastmilk takes a lot of calories
A study from the 50s used a metabolic ward (they supervised everything they did) and they discovered just eating bread triggered an increase in appetite that equated to 400 extra calories a day on average
I know when I eat a lot of rice, i basically eat and im starving like I ate nothing 2 hours later. Even though I ate 500 calories. If I eat 500 calories of potatoes it's totally different
Good in what way? For your digestion or for exercising or for sustaining til the next unknown meal?

It depends on how much they've been processed
I think a lot of people getting very rich off of grains want people to think thats the case. In my experience grains are just inflammatory. Corn and rice being the best options I've found, oats being the absolute worst.
They are good for digestion.
Terrible for you
