Now that cold season is among us, and winter season is almost there, why do I feel hungrier than in warm season, (summer/spring) like after every meal that I took I feel hungry faster than when it was warm outside, why?

I had a co worker who told me she gained 25-35 pounds every winter and would spend her entire summer trying to burn it off. I also notice my parents wake up one hour later in November than they did in September. Your biochemistry and hormones change in cold weather. My friend lost over 20 pounds during a summer vacation cause the weather was so warm that she lost her appetite, and only ate enough to stay alive.
Asked from google "why do people eat more during winter"
"It's very common to feel hungrier at this time of year and there are very good reasons as to why. The colder weather leads to a drop in our body temperature, which means our appetites get stimulated as a result. This is because eating helps to generate internal heat, subsequently leading to a rise in body temperature."
Lmao k thanks
Can't relate. I notice that winter time is usually when I can slim down the easiest for some reason.
