I took them to vet he said they Have 104 fever. Gave them injections and medicine. I gave them medicine again tried to feed they didn't even eat their favourite food. The same kitten again vomited green liquid just now even I gave them medicine. Vet is extremely far away and expensive here and they don't resolve the issue till multiple visits. Is it green liquid like antifreeze from a car you need to really smell it you need to check it you need to rub your fingers in it to see if it's oily silky greasy if it is antifreeze you better take it to the vet because it will die too I don't know if the mother had it drink it and then if she could give it to the baby through her breast milk I don't know but I would call a vet and find out because you don't have that much time if it's the case is there any other green liquid around that they could have gotten into is it could have been mice poison that's green and antifreeze is green and dish soap is green that's the only thing I know that's green
Honey, I have no idea where you live or how much money you have, but I'd consider going to a different vet - like an emergency 24/7 vet - right away. Whatever is going on, every single one of them will be dead within days and, for whatever reason, NEVER get a cat again because either something you are doing/feeding or something in that home environment is causing these cats to die.
Personally, I'd see an emergency vet ASAP.
I did my best to take care of them 😞i visited vet and i again will. Just pray.
Well, there is some good news... "Flagyl Syrup" is also called "Metronidazole" and I will have to pick up some for my dog on Saturday. However, I administer in pill form.

It is an antibiotic and that should help, but you should also consider getting some electrolyte water (not cheap) and feed your kittens some easy things to digest.
This is from Google Gemini:
To me, the green is likely bile made by the liver.
====
If your kitten is throwing up green, it could be due to a number of reasons, including:
Eating plants
If your kitten has been eating plants, such as grass, it could be the cause of the green vomit. You should check to make sure the plants aren't poisonous.
Vomiting bile
Bile is a substance produced by the liver to help with digestion. When a cat vomits bile, it can appear green or greenish. This can happen if your cat vomits on an empty stomach or if the bile is forced into their stomach while vomiting.
Eating too fast
If your kitten eats too quickly, they may regurgitate undigested food. You can try feeding your kitten smaller meals more frequently, or using a food puzzle toy to slow them down.
Other possible causes of vomiting in cats include:
Hairballs
Cats can ingest hair while grooming themselves, which can accumulate in their stomach and form a hairball.
Food intolerance or allergy
Some cats may have sensitivities or allergies to certain ingredients in their food.
Constipation
If your kitten is constipated, they may vomit due to a backup in their intestines.
You should contact your vet immediately if your kitten's vomit contains blood or unusual objects, or if your kitten looks ill in any way.
Very sorry for you’re loss, but you need to get your kittens to a vet.
Consider seeing a different vet.
I have only 2 vets in the city. One of them is out of city and other is the one i went to. Its noy possible for me to go out of city i don't have such power yet.
It sounds like it’s something the mother passed to her kittens.
