Never a chore. Even if I have a full work schedule, a (shorter) work-out session helps me relax.

When I was younger it was a lot more fun. I trained with a couple of guys and we pushed each other to be better but also we had a lot of fun. I always wanted to stay for just one more set,
I am older now and I have a funky shoulder and a fake hip and certain exercises can hurt and I work out by myself now. It is really not the same.

Definitely more fun. I have a really fun workout routine that involves some light kick boxing which I really enjoy, so it's all worth it :)
