“Wow, you are so fat”.
And that makes me insecure.
And i did a diet program until I became thin I lost more than 30lbs. And people started calling me too thin, yeah because my clothes size from L to XS/S now. But I always feel guilty about the foods i consume. Sometimes i feel like to enjoy the foods, eat cakes, eat something good, but i already feel guilty and feel like throwing up the food I ate every time i eat something. Even with normal portions (500-600 calories), i only eat once a day. l and get some protein shakes.
What should i do?
