Where do people get their dieting info from?

I’m not on a diet I have this body because I eat mostly meat. Steak, Fish, lamb! I eat a little salad with avocado and oil and vinegar dressing. I eat a lot of eggs with a little cheese and hot sauce. Greek yogurt and berries if I need a snack but when you eat high fat foods you don’t gain weight and don’t feel hungry so snacking is very minimal
