Yeah, I definitely think it's important for a two-year-old to be eating a varied and healthy diet. They're still growing and developing, so making sure they get all the right nutrients is really important.
Stuff like fresh meats, fruits, veggies, and homemade soups is way better than just relying on processed foods. Those processed things might be convenient, but they're usually lacking in a lot of the good stuff kids need.
A balanced diet with lots of different fresh and nutritious foods is gonna give that little one the best start. It can be a bit more work, but it's so worth it to make sure they're getting all the vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats their bodies need.
Plus, getting them used to a wide range of healthy foods from an early age can really help set them up for good eating habits as they get older. If they're only used to chicken nuggets and fruit snacks, it's gonna be a lot harder to get them to try new things later on.
I dunno, just my two cents, but I think a varied, balanced diet is definitely the way to go for a growing two-year-old. Gotta fuel that little body and brain with the good stuff, you know?
Absolutely. My boy is 8 months and he gets a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables and meat each day. We buy ingredients fresh, cook or boil them, mash them and then freeze it all individually so that when he has breakfast, lunch and dinner, we can mix and match different ingredients for his meals.
Variety of fresh foods is always better than processed foods. Not just for children, adults too.
Though, I wouldn’t say that tangerines are processed. It’s a fresh fruit.
