Why would my doctor get upset because I refuse blood transfusion?

I can not trust being injected someone else blood. What if that individual had aids? Or other infections. Later the doctor ask me rude questions if I was a Jehovah witness. The appointment has nothing to do with religion. I just do not like getting someone else blood into my system.

Blood donations are highly and thoroughly screened. The odds of getting a disease from a transfusion are extremely unlikely as the screening makes the donations 99.9 % safe. I had a bleeding ulcer and my hemoglobin count was at 40 when it should of been at 130 because I'd lost so much blood, the transfusion saved my life. I don't know how anyone the believes in our Lord Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior could refuse life giving blood. That's how I feel about it.

Because you are making his job difficult. Doctor has job to save the people lives and take care of their health. They have responsibilities for giving you blood which is not harmful to you. Having such doubt that their blood may have aids like infection you are actually questioning doctor's credibility and making his job difficult rejecting his possible solutions for your problem. So ofcourse he will get upset.

I am confident you're trolling because everyone knows blood donations have strict rules for who can even attempt to donate and are thoroughly tested so I doubt you're asking this out of ignorance.

I had a friend that got Hepatitis C from a blood transfusion. You are right to be concerned. However you can get a family member or other trusted source to donate.
