If my blood labs were abnormal, would my doctor call me by now?

In October I took a bunch of benadryl and my family took me to the e. r. were I had my blood taken. A little over a week ago I had a meeting with my medication management doctor. She was looking at my labs from October, and said that my cholesterol was high, and that my kidneys were out of wack. My blood pressure has also been high for about a year. She had me go get a blood panel. I did that about 3 years ago. I havnt heard anything. Is that good news?

Most often if your labs are normal you do not always get a call.
