I had a blood test 8 days ago and they have not called with findings, means no problems detected right?

It depends on the hospital depends on the nurse. It depends on the doctor it depends on a whole bunch of things they could have actually tried to call and didn't gets you at that moment. It might have been that the phone messed up. It might have been that they didn't try and recall, or it might have been. They expected you to call and ask what the results are. I would still call.
