    As long as you're not building any muscle you'll lose weight as muscle weighs more then fat, the condumdren here is that more muscle also increases your metabolism. Another way to increase your metabolism is to treat your liver to a detox and use supplements such as milk thistle and artichoke as they heal the liver and increases bile production all of which increases your metabolism. Remember your liver is responsible for over 500 different body functions and is one of the chief metabolism regulators.

    In simple terms yes. I lost 70 lbs. And I learned that losing weight (at least for me anyhow) consists of 3 things. 1. eating at a calorie deficit. 2. 20 to 30 of aerobic exercise each day. 3. quality sleep. I know this last one probably sounds like something your mom would tell you. But really it does make a difference.

    Most people fail because the quit right before they're about to have breakthrough. People want to be thin and wany it RIGHT NOW. But you have to be realistic. If it took you a year to put the weight on it might be a year before you take it off. Also consider the POSSIBILITY that you may have an underlying condition such as a decreased thyroid (hypothyroidism) or sleep apnea that might be thwarting your efforts.

    No it's not that easy.
    you can walk all you want but if you're consuming more calories than you're burning you're never going to lose weight.
    You need to be in a calorie deficit
