What’s worst injury you’ve gone through?

For me was when my appendix burst.

The worst one I had is probably a tie between the time I got shot in the shoulder, and when I got stabbed in the hand.

The former was not my fault, and was probably the worse injury, but the latter was my fault, and looked/felt much worse. Took longer to heal, too.

That sounds unpleasant. I have had plantar fasciitis. It isn't an injury per se, but more like a repetitive stress in the connective tissue on the sole of the foot. It hurts to walk on it, and when resting, it is really sore and achy.

I saw that with my brother. Took year and half. Even after surgery.

Broken finger

I got an umbilical hernia. I was throwing my wife (then girlfriend) over my head in a wave pool timing it with the waves. I timed it wrong on one and ripped up my insides. I got picked up by my middle finger getting stuck in a garage door when I was around 6. Broke my finger and lost the nail.

Broken ankle. Even though I had surgery on it I still cannot feel the top of my foot or toes.
