Pregnant or just sick 😷?

My friend has been nauseous for two days and small smells that I barely smell. Make her so sick she leaves the room.

She has been dropping stuff stubbing her toes and spilling. Her acne has also gotten worse.

It could be either or there's a terrible flu going around right now. But if that's your friend in the picture I would say either she's drinking way too much beer or she's been eating too many sweets because her belly is kind of like a beer belly LOL

There is a big four going around but she does not feel sick that way and no fever.

Could be pregnancy or could just be PMS, nausea is common as well as being sensitive to smells right before your period starts. Only way to know is if she tests for pregnancy.
