I'd be really happy if only people with ADHD (or those who have friends with ADHD and have observed changes in them) answer.
My question is straightforward: How did it change your life, especially the way you work, after being diagnosed with ADHD and starting medication?

When i finally got on meds it really helped me focus on work where as before I would stop mid work effort and start scrolling my phone or go play a game of start watching YouTube videos. I still do those things, but after I'm caught up on my work. I also have bipolar disorder mixed with the adhd so my hyper episodes were particularly bad. Now I'm on meds for both and I'm way more even keeled.
That's just two examples of how the meds really helped me.
Yeah, that's what I am hoping to get fixed, focusing in my work, because currently everything feels like a torture. The moment I try to be productive my mind sabotages me, my brains overloads me crap load of thoughts that makes absolutely no sense. Focusing is always been so damn hard for me and I always had some doubts that I have ADHD. I finally decided to get a profesional help and hoping to get better, better late than never I guess.
Jayden animations did a video on how her diagnosis (and subsequent medication) changed her life if you fancy a watch, I found it fascinating.
Thanks, I'll check it out
