Maybe porn addiction. As I age, I find myself being less & less horny tbh. Especially when I'm dieting or when I keep my fats low. So a week will pass & I'll be like "🤔 damn I ain't looked at a woman in a minute"

It wasn’t a real addiction, but I got rid of all added sugar for my tea and coffee. It was fairly easy to achieve.

Alcohol.. and then depression when I lost my father. He passed away in 2019 but I was very close to him and literally took me 3 years to get over it.

Addiction it was explained to me is when something that used to help us becomes unmanageable and starts to hurt us

So alcohol or porn in small doses is good

Over time it becomes a negative influence

  A strong urge to do something, that is at least a weekly occurrence, and is something you don’t enjoy/something that is harmful to other areas of your life, but you can’t seem to stop doing it. It could be substance abuse (drugs, alcohol, nicotine), shopping, porn, phone addiction, or darker things like direct self harm.
