My period isn't exactly perfectly spot on accurate every single month, but it has its normalcy. Usually it comes every 30-33 days.
Well, this month, it never has came. I'm 4 days late now based off of my app prediction (it's a little off and said I was due to start on May 14 which would have been Day 29 of my cycle). My cycle day is Day 33 so I was guessing it would have came either yesterday or the day before but definitely today at the latest.
I had some cramping May 6 which was random (and I typically don't really have many issues with cramps before or during my period). I've been a little more moody/irritable (things annoy me more easily but some are truly valid annoyances).
I recall with my first pregnancy, I was a little more moody/more easily annoyed, I can't remember if I had random cramps exactly but I remember having a really oddly bad period right before I got pregnant (like super bad cramps for a couple hours the first day of it which hadn't happened since I was a teenager), I had "belly pudge" before I start having a real "bump" (it was something my partner and I could easily see since I am petite and we both know my usual form well but others really didn't pay any mind at that time), I started having bad boob discomfort by around 5-6 weeks, I started having horrible morning sickness around 8 weeks, I was more tired, I was craving specific drinks, etc.
So now in addition to the lack of a period, I am having some similar signs - a little moodiness, craving the same drinks as before, maybe a little pudge starting, certain foods just are not tasting good like they used to now (could just be getting burned out on them too), no boob discomfort yet (but I'd likely be rather early into my pregnancy - my last period started April 16). I'd assume I got pregnant early this month, possibly late last month. I know you're advised to wait at least 3-4 weeks before you test so you get an accurate result, so I fear testing too early and getting a false negative.
