I started working out a few days ago after pretty much a year of not working out (I would only occasionally workout for like 10 minutes every few months, but it would only last around 3 days and then I would just stop again) and while I don’t have the motivation to workout for an hour like I used to, I’ve been working out for around 25 minutes and then stretching for about 15. I was planning on working out during weekdays, then taking breaks on weekends and just leaving the weekend for only stretching, but I’m not completely sure if it’s a good idea. I don’t know if it’s important to know, but when I workout I do squats, high-knees, side lunges, standing side crunches, and other workouts that I don’t know the names of lol
Should I stop working out during the weekend?
