Do you ever get random bruises?

I looked down today when I was getting in the shower and saw a bruise on my chest , I have no idea how it got there.

I personally don't get any random bruises. I need to hit something with my body for a bruise to appear at that place.

However, I have heard about people getting bruises on body parts after a rough handling, meaning that other people can inflict bruises if they are not careful how they handle body parts.

Given that you seem to have bruises on your chest area, it could be that a person has rough handled that part of your body to cause a subcutaneous discoloration of the skin caused by damage to small blood vessels under the skin, leading to blood leaking into the surrounding tissue.

bruises that appear without injury can be a sign of internal body damage. If its happened multiple times you need to see a doctor.

You have nutritional deficiencies more than likely. Most likely low iron or your body doesn't use the iron you put in.
