Girls, do you ever have bruises in random places on your body that you don't know how they appeared?

My girlfriend randomly gets bruises on places that they shouldn't appear on her body. She doesn't feel pain and she doesn't know how she got them. She also gets bruises that she knows the cause of, but she gets a fair number that she doesn't know how they appeared. Does this happen to you?

Is it because of passing out when drinking maybe? Some people are just prone to bruising and they don't have to hit any place hard to get one. I see a lot of bruises on girls in certain areas (legs and thighs for example) and you think to yourself, "Well they had a night of rough sex!"

We do have sex, but the bruises aren't usually in places that could get bruised by sex, and we aren't usually that rough. Also she sometimes gets them when we haven't had sex in months. Again, these are bruises that she doesn't know how they go there. If they came from sex, she'd know

Go to a doctor and get a complete blood count. It could be anything from a vitamin deficiency to leukemia.

I get bruises on my thighs legs and sometimes arms
I work a physical job and do a lot of standing that does happen to me however I have had periods of time where I have been inactive and have had some spear on my thighs and calves anyway

I get bruises on my legs all the time. Most of them I don't know how they got there.
