After labor does the bump go away instantly?

Is it just like a poof? Or does it slowly go away and it's still there after birth, I never really thought of it until now, does the person go to the hospital, give birth and come back home the same day with no big belly? 🤔

It gradually goes away , not just suddenly. The lady is discharged from hospital according to her condition and also the baby's.

Most of the strech marks stays and the belly in the end remains saggy and baggy but if the mother works out later or naturally has the genes then she can go back to her original form.

And No, I'm not a teenage mom, I used to be a bio student and my aunt was pregnant with my baby cousin 2 years ago

Like how do I explain it, it slowly deflates like a balloon with really small piercing. After birthing it will be really bloaty, the next day it'll be significantly less and it keeps reducing visibly for around a week or half before finally reaching the point where it kind of stays non-snatched unless you work on it.

If you notice, then almost all mom's have a bit bloated belly naturally, unless they're rich and tucked all the extra skin by plastic surgery or were doing gym before and after pregnancy.

Technically yes, but I'll say it's the abdominal muscles slowly going back to where they belong.

Noooo the bump will stay there one the uterus needs to contract and shrink back to its og size that would take a few weeks and then the bump which can take a very long time months to a whole year even

Well not for everyone it differs from woman how long it takes to go back to “normal” when pregnant our body stretches so fat can get stored thighs, hips, abdomen which helps for breastfeeding anyways so that fat isn’t easy to burn once the baby is out it can take a while depending on what we eat and if we exercise like any other fat and also the uterus can take a while to shrink if there were complications which happens more than u’d think

That depends on a person's biological disposition, and on her interest in body maintenance.

I've met double-mothers with a belly that was in the nicest shape imaginable. I believe to have observed during numerous... erm... ''examinations'' ( :D ) that a little trace will be left. But unless the woman is absolutely inactive about that, it is one charming detail without any ''negative'' beauty implication.
