Where should I go, what kind of specialist should I go see for a ADHD diagnosis and eventually get medication for it for free too?

it all depends on your insurance.
Medication isn't usually free.
now who you go to for a diagnosis depends on your insurance. some will require you to get a referral from your GP to go to a specialist. others might not.
