I take a long shower at night and a quick shower in the morning. I always wear a shower cap in the morning too! Makes life a lot easier.

@Arcadian222 I'm already clean in the morning, so I take a quick "wake up" shower. If I don't take it, it's probably equivalent to someone not drinking their morning coffee.
