How many eggs do you eat?

I haven't had an egg in over 2 years. they're disgusting. used to eat 6 a day. they aren't "high protein", 75 cals for 6 grams of protein is a joke. they aren't that high in vitamins either. you'd get more from an orange.

I used to eat around 6 per day until the bird flu started poppin. I stopped because I noticed my immune system becoming inflammatory every time I ate them. Stopped eating them & I'm fine. But yeah the protein amount is pretty low but we really only need around.71-.82g per lb of bw & as long as someone is eating close to maintenance with good quality foods, they'll be able to maintain & build muscle easily due to the other foods helping to hit protein needs. Most mps happens when we sleep so timing doesn't matter as much as people think it does. But I disagree about the vitamins. They're very high in many vitamins. And if someone isn't just filling in the rest of their calories with junk food then they'll be able to see just how meaningful the vitamins are. With micro-nutrients, the amount isn't as important as the quality & bio-availability as well, so definitely keep that in mind. It's why vegans will never have an edge over meat eaters in terms of the nutrient quality & absorption capability, rate of synthesis, etc from protein.

I know for a fact that I was when I was eating them because after cutting them out, I don't feel as good. And keep in mind that higher fat foods means better absorption as well.

I go to the gym and I need eggs to fulfill my protein requirement as I don't consume non-veg regularly because I don't like it very much and it has antibiotics.

I eat 3 eggs a day. Sometimes I miss on the Sundays when I think I'm going to have a cheat meal, I do it to keep my calorie intake balanced. I would have liked to bump it up to 6 eggs a day, if I liked the taste. I neither like nor dislike the taste but I'm too lazy to boil them twice a day.

I can't more than two a day. I don't exactly have a fixed diet. So, I don't eat them for days sometimes. 14 eggs a week if I eat them everyday.

I stopped eating them because I couldnt eat anymore without gagging. 1% milk gives me more nutrients with less calories and all I have to do is pour it in a cup lmfao

I have two or three dishes that need eggs. So when I make one of these, I will eat five to six eggs that day. The frequency of such a dish varies all the time.
