interesting (mixed) results on eating 12 eggs a day:

If its boiled eggs of fried egs its always 2, if I'm making an omelette its 3. I tend to limit the number of eggs I eat per day, while I don't have high cholesterol I also don't want it to become a problem either. 2 eggs a day actually exceeds the recommended cholesterol intake of 300mg by most heart disease organisations. Anyone who has high cholesterol, risk of heart disease or diabetes should be sticking to 1 or 2 eggs per day. There is some contradictory evidence to suggest this is not the case but as yet this has still not conclusively been established, so for the time being I'm sticking with a max of 3 in an omelette. Generally I don't exceed 7-8 eggs a week.
I almost always have something with eggs, usually toast with butter unless I'm also frying up bacon.
For a sandwich, I fry two eggs. I always stir them in the pan when I first put them in so that the whites and yokes are equally distributed. Add lots of salt and pepper. Once I flip it, I sometimes put cheddar cheese on top. Then I put it between two pieces of toasted bread.
Another option is to scramble 3 or 4 eggs with salt and pepper. But I usually have a couple pieces of buttered toast with it. Sometimes I add jam to the toast.
If I have hard boiled eggs in the frig, I rarely eat more that two at a time with salt. They're just to take the edge off.
With deviled eggs, no holds are barred. I can scarf lots.
I don't live on eggs, though. I only have them two to four times a week.
By the way, I'm 6'2".
I know i should eat more eggs but i really dont like them. I hate burping them. I eat eggs maybe once every few years lmao. I do eat eggs mixed into a meal (like cornbread) but i dont just eat eggs as an alone thing
I eat 2-3 dozen eggs a week lol. And I try to eat some wild caught salmon and organ meat weekly too. I usually do it for lunch so I dont have to cook something for someone who doesn't like it. But I'm trying to reach optimum health and even though I HATED liver... after about 3-4 weeks I got used to it and now sometimes the rich flavor makes it a better pick then steak for the days I just want a rich beef taste.
@DizzyDesii how can anyone not like eggs? I even boil them and put them in salads.
I love eggs! I usually eat 6 at a time if I'm scrambling them. Boiled eggs I usually eat 2 or 3 at a time. Deviled eggs, I just keep eating em lmao. Have I mentioned that I love eggs?
My mom makes a bomb ass potato salad and she always puts extra eggs in it for me.
Deviled eggs are like Lay's potato chips, and you can't just eat one. I'm the same as you, it's hard to stop eating them
@20yearsolder there's simply no off switch once started. either prepare to lose that whole tray in the opening hour of the party or hide them from me.
@20yearsolder yesssss!
I love eggs too! I like to dip hard boiled eggs in seasoned salt. Omelets. Cooked eggs with hot sauce.
@loves2learn j put ketchup in my scrambled eggs sometimes
That’s good too!

only if it were hardboiled, and i was kinda craving for it? then maybe three eggs cut in half so basically six halfs
if its eggs like in the picture then id rather eat just one
if its scrambled, maybe two
overall eggs aren't my favorite, but they're aight
Its absolutely vital to NEVER overeat , I will not eat more than 2 , and as displyed not inviting , poached is most healthy , no sodium , again never over eat..
normally mostly 2 or 3 because its too unhealth to eat any more.
when i was in the millatry i had eaten 6 boiled eggs each morning, but only 2 eggs with the yolks. then around 2 eggs each meal. it was because i was hungry from the training and wanted to gain extra muscles.
2-6 mostly based on how much cholesterol I'm going to have in the day from other sources. Cholesterol is a building block for testosterone and just having 6 eggs a day is more than enough for that end if you had no other cholesterol sources.
But 4 eggs a day is a good optimal minimum for many reasons. But mostly cholesterol
Maximum 2 . How do you eat 6 lol? I would feel nauseated
I used to loves eggs so much
But sadly since I did Pfizer the taste of foods I like has changed and it’s disgusting eggs taste so weird now 😣😓
If anyone knows how to fix we’ll help me…
Normally 2, although it is recommend not to eat more than 3 or 4 a week!
I have been using 2 or 3 in an omelette, we have an omllete maker, It is so good!
I usually eat 2 or 3 lmao. Dunno how you're managing to eat 6 in a sitting.
I don't doubt you. Americans really are a different breed lmao.
I rarely get eggs over here, but like Ron Swanson, I can eat "all the eggs and bacon you have." (Don't misinterpret me; I literally mean ALL the eggs and bacon you have.)
I like to eat at least 3 eggs if they are sunny side and
if scrambled I make more at least 5 and I like toast
with bacon sometimes or if scrambled I use grated
cheese on mine and little ketchup
If I do eat them for breakfast I'll usually eat 12.
Mmm 2-4-6 eggs 🍳.
But if I’m cooking for my brother and I. I cook 10-12 eggs. In case we want seconds.
Holy shit!
Me, 1 or 2, depending on how hungry I am and what food I have available for the rest of the day. 2 more likely on the weekends (just to kind of celebrate the weekend) but 1 or 0 the rest of the days.
Whenever I make MY version of a typical English breakfast, I eat eggs then, but ONE egg per sitting!
Fried eggs. usually not more than 3.
Boiled. maybe 4. Have been able to eat close to 10 if not more.
2 or 3 because I don't only have eggs, it's not the main meal.
Well if they are scrambled ID say 6
If fried 3 is good
Hard boiled 2-3
Deviled eggs 4-5
If I'm making omlette I use 4-5
Typically two to three, usually scrambled or in an omelet.
I usually crack only one and fry it with three or two hash browns and I put hot sauce on mine.
I love eggs, so many ways to cook it! usually I just have 2, sometimes 3. But I am also a petite women of 110 lbs and I want to keep it that way :D
