I'd say healthy. If there is nothing wrong with you, you don't need a doctor. And if you keep your organs and immune system strong by exercising, eating right, and getting enough essential vitamins and minerals, you don't need to worry about infections like flu and colds.
Doctors just try to push vaccines and drugs.
But I would also say you are lucky to have not suffered any injuries or medical issues that required medical intervention. I mean, shit can happen. For example, several years ago I developed cataracts in both eyes and then glaucoma in my right eye. So I had cataract surgery and now go to a glaucoma specialist regularly to preserve my eye sight.
About a year ago, I got a bizarre nose bleed that wouldn't quit and went to the emergency room. I've never been prone to nose bleeds. And once this one quit it hasn't come back. The ENT doctor had no idea why it started.
About 10 years ago, I got a really bad ear ache and had to go to the doctor for antibiotics.
But I don't go to medical doctors for check ups and I don't get vaccines. I'm quite healthy, thank goodness.
if not medical... what kind of Doctor have you been to?
i have to go to a psychiatrist for anxiety medication. i still get blood tests done through him.

Cancer has a way of sneaking up on you. You may not even know it until it has gotten good hold on you. Don't ignore having yearly wellness visits to your doctor.
