A simple physical activity as walking daily helps one mentally so if someone gets involved more into physical exercise, it's only gonna benefit them a whole lot more. Like you said endorphins helps one stay happy, focused on relevant stuff in life and keeps them calmer.
Oh by the way! I was talking about myself all this time lol. It really helps.
Thanks for the MHO
It does have an effect on the mental state you are in by giving your brain a work out through driving your body to exert itself. That way your mind can tire itself out and be easier to control.
Yes most definitely. In my personal experience working out has been one of my greatest ways to get rid of stress, anxiety and help me find inspiration in life overall.
Thank you!
It’s been proven that regular physical activity can improve one’s mental health. That’s why some folks recommend even just a 5-minute walk if you’re feeling depressed

Yup, running, lifting, and mountain biking are a release for my mind to focus on something other than work and life's problems. The workout gives me a small sense of accomplishment. Looking in the mirror and seeing a trim fit physique is rewarding. And I can do all the stuff I've always enjoyed like skiing, swimming, body surfing, or just zipping up a set of stairs. There is definitely a mental health component to being fit and healthy.
If I workout too much, I become more adrenal on average which isn't too good for my mental health. But assuming that I stay within safe ranges, I notice there's benefit. Having a nice body is just a plus. But truth is that I don't really care about having a nice body that much. My main focus with working out is to just help myself stick to habits that will keep me from being fat again.
Just getting out of the house will help some people with mental illness. Nothing worse than sitting around. The body needs to stay active to stay functioning.
Mens Sana Corpore Sano. That knowledge has been around over 2000 years
Yes absolutely. As long as it is done in a safe and healthy approach
