Does this sound like a stressful situation, or do I need to suck it up?

My aunt lives with me. She's had some trouble walking since she moved in. She's fallen a few times since, and I had to help her up. Well, today she went to go clean at her clients house for a half hour. She said her legs were wobbly, and on the drive there, she was all over the road. I was at my moms house checking on her dog while she was at work. My aunt calls, and says she's stuck in her car in my driveway, because her legs won't let her get up, so I came home to help her up, and to her room. About an hour ago she calls me from her room. She said she went to the bathroom. She couldn't get up from the toilet, so she crawled to her bed, and I had to lift her up on her bed. She said she doesn't know how she's gonna be able to go to the bathroom at night, so I called my mom, and she's staying the night to help us. Im afraid my aunt will fall, and break a bone, and need me to help her take showers, and stuff like that. So my mom talked to her, and told her that it stresses me out, and that im not a caregiver. I just overheard them talking. My aunt was like "well he didn't tell me that". I didn't tell her that because I dont want to hurt her feelings. I just don't think I can do this long term.
