What job can I get as a college dropout?

So I've been working at Amazon for 6 years.
I dropped out of nursing because it was too stressful and I realized during some rotations, that I don't want to put my health on the line to give out medication or do feedings or check vitals.
Especially when some patients have attitudes (One of my patients was on droplets precautions) I get sick easily and I don't think it's worth giving up the little bit of sanity I had left. So I moved out & started working. Then the pandemic hit and Amazon was one of the few places that was open.
2021 I got covid & struggled with that. (The kind that took away your smell, caused burning pain with the slightest touch, and an uncontrollable bladder ) 2022 i got sick then got a possibility of cancer, then got covid again then had surgery (it was cancer, but they took it all out ) then my uncle passed away then I got the flu the week of his funeral. Didn't come back till December 2022.
2023 my period started messing up. Then I started having stomach issues off and on continuing to the present
My hands and feet started to get numb, being overheated makes me sick, trying to get heated is harder now, touching medium hot stuff makes me feel pain in my bones
I got pain in my throat
2024 left side became numb for weeks & when I bent my back, it would shake. Off and on muscle weakness. Vitamin D deficiency, then normal, now back to deficiency (still taking meds ). 2025 Side went out again. Shooting pain in feet, burning in thighs & knees, shoulder tendinopathy (problems show up in MRI but no myositis or cancer so the doctors dont care ) carpal tunnel in both hands
Numbness in hands, no diabetes, but sleep apnea
Now I'm on a cpap but I'm having more daytime sleepiness, all the other stuff hasn't gone away
And my Dr. gave me a stimulant to keep me up, but it makes me fall asleep. I make 25.80hr but my job just got rid of my shift, gave me more hours & decrease the pay.
I can't do anymore hours. I'm struggling & already on accommodations.
