What job can you get if you haven’t worked a job in your life and you dropped out of college a decade ago?

One of my best friends is in that situation and I want to tell him he isn’t living his life to his full potential and he needs to get a job and learn a skill, but I’m not sure what kind of job I could advise him to get.

Too many places are hiring that you don't need experience! I see everyday that NAPA, O'Rielly, Advanced Auto, and AutoZone are hiring. They are so low on delivery drivers it's crazy. Can he drive? Or manual labor jobs like laying concrete for the city, mowing the lawn, plowing, picking up garbage.. he'd be set w/good insurance and a 401K. It was on the news that the city here is low on people for plowing this winter, so they're already getting ready to find small business landscaping companies to help!
