Trending & News Ever heard of sleep apnea? I have it and I just got my cpap, but if you could imagine holding your breath underwater and finally reaching the surface. Taking that big 1st breath. Now imagine you're tired and you fall asleep, but every couple of minutes you wake up trying to take a big breath. You're not getting sleep.
It's chronic, my dad passed it down. I didn't take the test right away so it's been affecting me slowly until last year into this year
Now I got blood pressure problems cause it put a strain on my heart and I got neuropathy because of the lack of oxygen
Some damage can be fix, some nerve damage can't
🤷🏽♀️ get your sleep
I have. I had bad anxiety and couldn’t sleep through the entire night. I managed to rest but it was clear something was off throughout the day and when I went to bed again I crashed HARD.
Well yes and no. We did it when necessary. 36 hours was not a problem. But we were operating "enhanced". B12, synthetic adrenaline, HGH, creatine, etc. And some stuff to make it release over time. Higher heart rate and blood pressure, enhanced mental acuity, sense of smell, hearing, faster reaction time, enhanced strength. Not recommended for long term or frequent use. High energy burn rate and stress on vital organs.
I regularly stay up longer than 24 hours. Just over 72 hours is the most I've been awake.
