Trending & News I guess, but it's good to take at least 1 day off to rest to let your body rest. I went many years where I ran 6 days a week. I did roughly 60 miles a week in distance. I also was lifting weights 3 days a week and stretching 6 days a week
Yeah. It's possible & easy given the right volume, frequency, intensity, selection, tempo, order, calories, macros, micros, recovery, etc.
No. I can and have done 6 days a week, but I need a day off.
Nah, and I would never want to either.

Yup, I could do it. Why would I want to? It's a dumb approach to fitness. Unless you have no choice.
Probably yeah I manage school work and gym consistently so I basically already do that 🤣
That's not how healthy workouts are done. You need recuperation days.
No because i know you should rest between days, never 2 consecutive days.
I've worked out every day for over a year when I was younger.
No, but I will persist. I once persisted for two months.
Yes easily I've done much more than that before
