My plan is to wake up at 4 am and go for a run and then workout for an hour. Shower, get dressed. Go to school.
Same thing with after school. Finish homework. Run. Workout. And then same in the evening. And shower.
Do you think this Is all possible?
Unless you're a competitive athlete you're working against yourself, because there's no recovery time built in there. One hard hour where you're spent afterwards beats just picking up a bag of sugar over and over again for 10 hours a day. Train smarter not harder.
I don't know what shape you're in. Maybe you can. I did 9 tours outside the wire doing a very physical job. I do a lot of cardio, to include marathons carrying anywhere from 20-25% of my body weight on my back while I do it. I do at least three half marathons a month that way. It's not uncommon to do a warmup 5k for it.
I can also knock out 30 one handed pushups without a struggle on each side then hold a plank for two minutes and not break a sweat.
I'm not in good enough shape to effectively train three times a day. It isn't going to be productive. Now maybe you're in a metric crap ton better shape than me and can be like "nah boomer that's my warmup" in which case more power to you go knock that ist out... but barring that, I'll do cardio and a muscle group in the morning and another in the evening. Some days I'll skip one of them. I aim for 10-12 sessions a week... however that works out, but I'm also including whatever that week's charity race/races is/are as far as a cardio session, even if it's something short like a 10k, so that's 1-3 of those sessions (minus weights, which I do when I'm back home), and on full marathon days I never lift.
I also take supplements to wash all that lactic acid out real quick, and I simply have never found a way to get around that without including powder once you go past a certain point.
Best of luck to you!
Yes it is possible. Many young athletes do this.
Don't do it however without two things:
1. An awesome coach who is connected with your parents. Without them you will overtrain and injure yourself.
2. An amazing diet.
I’m going to go on this diet for about two weeks where no food for 10 days and then one big meal on the 11th day and then same thing.
Either you're trolling us or you haven't thought this through. Three workouts a day is going to consume literally thousands of calories. Then, if your profile age is correct, the fact that you're growing will consume another thousand or two more. Finally, your profile says you're a girl. You need iron and fat and calories for a healthy body and specifically a healthy menstrual cycle.
Either don't troll or read up on this stuff.
I’m not trolling, I’ve thought this through. There’s a known idol that had done this extreme diet before and worked out a lot.
Just eat less, ffs.
Don't starve yourself, either, you'll fuck your metabolism.
If you're this worked up about your fitness, keep 1 of the workout blocks. The other 2 spend researching exercise science (focus on recovery and mechanics of muscle building), and nutrition.
3x a day is possible, but unsustainable. You'll injure yourself in a few months - or earlier if you haven't worked out before.

Maybe, but my concern would be your reasoning for it. There’s a saying I’ve found to be true: “you can’t outrun a bad diet.” You can work out until the cows come home, if you’re eating wrong it won’t matter. I worked out like crazy in my 20s, my prime years, but I didn’t get the body I was after until my 40s, and I work out way less, I just eat well now.
Just work out consistently and eat well consistently. If you want to run before school and workout after school, that’s fine, I love the hustle, but what’s the third workout? What is the training split? You can’t just workout the same muscles everyday, you have to recover and rebuild the muscle (through proper diet and sleep!), otherwise you won’t get results.
I used to go to the gym literally all day in my 20s. Basketball, lifting, running on the treadmill…. and it turns out I was just spinning my wheels because I’d leave and eat a cheeseburger or Buffalo wings with extra bleu cheese, lmfao. Get your everyday diet right, that’s the biggest thing of all. And be sure not to starve yourself, you’ll slow your metabolism, and your body will burn muscle, not fat, and you’ll lose your shape.
Yes it´s possible but I wouldn´t be sure that you keep on doing that for long. What do you do when all your friends want to do something in the afternoon. Do you follow your plan or do compromise with it?
What do you do when people start talking and other girls start to gossip about you? Do you stick with your plan?
I´d rather do one or two workouts a day because you need time to rest. Your body changes more in your times of rest than while working out. So plan also time to rest besides the time you sleep because in school you don´t rest your body.
Yep, with proper time management anything is possible
Also I hope you don't overtrain..3x a day fir everyday may lead to overtraining which would cause negative impact
Good luck.. keep punching
Yes, but that would be very inefficient and unnecessary. Isometrics would be superior and more efficient.
no you will be over training. find a split routine eat right and get enough rest.
not impossible but hard. stay safe!
I will, thank you so much!
Possible, but do you have the energy
Yes, I really really really want this. I so badly want to finally feel good and be happy with how my body looks.
I just want to feel a tiny bit of happiness with my body. Even just 1% of being happy.
The reason is because I’m disgusted and repulsed with how I look. I want to change
I think I’ve always been though.
