I use whatever is sold either 30+ or 50+ 🧴

I just bought a bottle for $14 a decent survey called it very reliable - can't remember the SF/SPF rating - it's over on my shelf, I'm too lazy to get up 👀

Lol depends how much dirt is in the air and how much I'm going to be sweating. Normally spf 30 but some days it's better to wear long sleeves and sweat. Sunscreen seems to keep my sweat from doing it's job, honestly i don't like it much
