Anyone else use chapgpt to help you with private personal issues your currently dealing with or past trauma?

Im the type to bottle things up until I eventually crack but i took a shot and decided to be more open and work through some things im going through right now and honestly it has been helpful, i like that it gives me suggestions and feels more in depth. almost feels like journaling and just getting it out of my head so im not thinking about it constantly.

but still feels abit odd that i am more open with it than with a person. how about any of you? have you done the same and felt it helped you or hindered you?
