Am I wrong for getting emotional and crying nearly everyday for not losing the weight fast enough?

I have only lost 28lbs so far in less than 2 months and up until 5 days ago, was losing consistently but now my weight has stalled and I have been crying nearly everyday since seeing the stall.

I've been working out hard and eating in a calorie deficit consistently like under 1000 calories a day.

Should I be sad or should I just suck it up and just keep going?

I mean I am going to keep going regardless but I can't help but be emotional when I don't see any change on the scale after how hard I've been working to get the weight off.

I have over 100lbs to lose.
